Accidents happen and wear and tear is inevitable, especially if you live an adventurous life. As part of our commitment to sustainability we want you to extend the life of your garment so you can continue to love it for longer.

That’s why we offer repair service on our Merino and Merino Lite garments, this also helps us–and you– to contribute to a slow fashion culture that’s better for the planet.

We work with a local mender who has spent her career in the Scottish textile industry working with cashmere, lambswool and other natural fibres. Her skills and expertise in this field ensure that your garment will be repaired to a very high standard often with invisible mending.

Repair detail

Accidents and wear and tear is a natural process for an article of clothing. That’s why we offer a repair service on any FINDRA Merino knitwear so you can continue to enjoy it for an extended period of time and help support a less disposable throwaway culture and impact on the planet.

At present, we can only offer repairs to seamless Merino, and burst zips and seams. Please note we are as yet unable to offer repairs on torn or ripped synthetic fabrics.
Please list the damage you wish to be repaired, any damage not listed will not be fixed. If there are multiple areas of damage you must list their location individually. 

Size of Repair

SMALL - A small hole on an accessory such as a neck warmer, scarf, beanie etc.

REGULAR - A single hole, no more than 1cm in diameter on a Merino wool garment.

MULTIPLE/LARGE - Up to 3 small holes or 1 large hole (over 1cm) on a single garment.

CUSTOM - If your repair doesn't fit any of these descriptions, please contact us at hello@findraclothing.com to discuss the repair. 

To book a repair, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Add to Basket then follow the checkout process to make payment (you can add multiple items if required) - complete the details for each repair.

  2. Download and print your Order Confirmation email.

  3. Enclose the Order Confirmation email in your package, together with the items to be repaired.

  4. Send your garment along with the Order Confirmation to the address below:
